Self Care Sunday

Self Care Checklist
* Call someone you miss
* Watch the sunrise and sunset
* Let yourself feel without judgement or shame
* Journal your thoughts
* Go to museum or park
* Write a letter to someone you love
* Read a new book or listen to a new podcast
* Do a random act of kindness
* Speak compassionately to yourself
* Take a nap
* Dance to your favorite song
* Write a list of affirmations to encourage you
When faced with loss, your grief can feel overwhelming. It can feel difficult, if not impossible, to focus your attention on good self care. Yet, during hard times it is the perfect time to look inward for support and wellness. Taking time to create a thoughtful self care practice can help you move forward in a healthy manner. Give yourself grace today, and all of your tomorrows, while practicing self love.
