Grief is not a problem to be solved. Grief is not a disease. You don’t finish grieving so you can get on with life. There is not a time that grief ends. Grief is our unexpressed love. Don’t suppress it. Don’t race to process it. Feel it. Honor it. Speak about your grief and love. Grief is going to last as long as love lasts…which is for the rest of our lives.
