Self-Care Sunday 1012

Self-Care Sunday

Self-Care Sunday

In the silence of Sunday, grief speaks the loudest. Sunday has a way of being quieter, more peaceful. The routine slows down. And in that stillness, the feelings we’ve kept at bay during the busyness of the week begin to stir.

It’s on Sunday that the longing feels more present. A whirlwind of emotion – grief, sadness and that emptiness that’s hard to put into words. It’s natural to feel like grief weighs heavier on this day.

But Sunday can also be a space to hold these feelings.
A day to simple be.
To sit with the longing.
A moment to pause.
To breath through it.

The heart finds ways to carry the sorrow more gently. And Sunday, which feels heavy now, can begin to soften. It can become a day of quiet remembrance, of healing, of peace. 🩶
