A Bird’s Nest
An empty nest can feel so very quiet.
And yet, if you look closely, it still carries the evidence of love.
The warmth + care that was given.
The life that was nurtured within it.
An empty nest can hold both the ache of loss and the love that remains.
A life was held, nurtured and cared for.
The nest may be empty now, but it is not without meaning.
It still holds the quiet imprint of love.
