Be gentle with yourself as you navigate this next chapter. Respect your feelings.
Validate your emotions. Allow yourself to feel what you feel. Start small. Be present.
Breathe. Seek out moments of tranquility and rest. Give yourself grace. Spend time with you gently, tenderly, compassionately, lovingly and nurturing. Be on your own side. Know that you are enough. Let your day be what it needs to be. Your love, grief, peace and joy are sacred. Sending much love to you.
