🖤 Grief is not something to be fixed or rushed. I believe it’s meant to be met with gentleness, presence and compassion. These validating statements are offered as reminders that grief is deeply personal, non-linear and rooted in love. When we offer understanding, presence and gentle words, we help create a space where someone doesn’t feel so alone in their pain. Sometimes, simply being there and witnessing their grief is the most meaningful support we can offer.
