Monday Morning Prayer

Monday Morning Prayer
All Souls’ Day – November 2
Today, we observe All Souls’ Day, a time to remember and pray for those who have gone before us. It is a day to pause and give thanks for their lives, the love they shared, and the memories we hold in our hearts. For those who are grieving, this day can bring comfort and sorrow. It reminds us that we remain connected through the love we shared and the hope of eternal life.
A Prayer for All Souls’ Day
Heavenly Father, we lift our hearts in prayer for all those who have gone before us. We remember those we love and miss, and those whose absence leaves an ache in our hearts. Welcome them into Your eternal peace and embrace them with Your everlasting love. Comfort those who grieve. When memories bring tears, may we also find gratitude for the love we shared. When our hearts feel heavy, remind us that we do not walk alone. Help us carry the love, faith, and memories of those who have gone before us into the days ahead, and may we honor their lives through the way we live our own. May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
Amen.
