Wellness Wednesday

Be gentle. You are doing the best you can.

Be patient. You will go through the grieving process at your own pace.

Be vulnerable. Your feelings are all valid.

Grief is something that shakes us to the core of our being. You are allowed to grieve. You are allowed to feel your feelings. Lean into your grief and take as long as you need.
