Kara Bowman
In the introduction Ms. Bowman says, “…grief is not something we need to do; it is something we need to allow.”
Ms. Bowman’s book helps those who are grieving feel heard and even held in their anguish. The poems meet the readers where they are in their pain, despair and confusion of grief. These poems are simple to read, provide calm and much comfort. This collection of poems offer companionship and hope to all those on a grief journey.
I recommend this beautifully written book for anyone who has been touched by grief and loss.
