Monday Evening Prayer

Monday Evening Prayer

Wherever you go,
and whatever you do,
may you carry a quiet light.

And if tonight that feels like too much,
may you simply rest in the light that holds you.

Gentle and loving God,
meet every grieving heart with Your peace.
For those who feel weary or heavy,
be their light and their rest.

Where hearts feel fragile, bring comfort.
Where there is sorrow, bring quiet hope.
Where hope feels distant, remain close.

Let Your presence shine softly in the darkness.
Remind us that we are held in love,
we are carried in Your care,
and we are never alone.

Amen.
