Monday Evening Prayer
Dear God,
I pray for all whose life has taken a turn they never expected.
I pray for those who are walking through a difficult season.
I pray for those who are sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Lord, be their strength today and all the days to come.
Remind them of Your grace and love.
Be their comforter, healer and bring them peace.
May they find rest this evening in Your presence and promises.
Lead them to healing one moment at a time.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Your heartaches are known to Him.
Your tears are seen.
Your prayers are heard.
You don’t have to go it alone when times are hard.
Cast all your burdens on God.
Turn to the Lord who will sustain you.
“Cast your burdens on the Lord,
and he will sustain you;
he will never permit the righteous to be moved.”
