Monday Evening Reflection
“Sometimes, tears are how the heart speaks when words can no longer
explain the pain.”
There are moments in grief when words simply aren’t enough. No explanation can capture the depth of the love, loss or longing you carry.
If tears come today, don’t rush to stop them. They are not a sign of weakness or a lack of faith. They are a natural expression of a heart learning to live with loss.
Your tears tell a story of love that still exists. They honor the bond that death cannot erase.
Be gentle with yourself today. Healing doesn’t ask you to stop crying – it invites you to let your heart be heard.
