Monday Morning Prayer
Lord, hear our prayers for all people in Afghanistan.
We pray for Your protection, provisions and safe passage in miraculous ways.
We pray for You to guide their steps in midst of darkness and bring them to Your light.
We pray for Your comfort, refuge and hope in their exhaustion, loss and uncertainty.
In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
Our hearts are heavy as we witness tragic situations.
We feel helpless.
There is power in prayer.
1 Thessalonians 5:17 ‘pray continually’
1 Timothy 2:1 ‘I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession, and thanksgiving be made for all people.’
