Monday Morning Prayer
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning.
Because of the Lord’s great love we are
not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.
They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion;
therefore I will wait for him.”
Lamentations 3:22-24
Just as we live with the certainty that the sun will rise in the morning, we can trust and know that God’s strong love and faithfulness will greet us again each day and His tender mercies will be renewed every morning.
