Hold you in my heart 10:15jpg

National Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Day

‘I may not be able to hold you in my arms, but I will hold you in my heart.’

October 15th is National Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Day.
Bereaved parents don’t need a special month, week or day to remember. They remember their child everyday of their life.
Loss Awareness is to shine a light on the subject. Child loss is not just a story of grief and pain but it’s a story of love. Sorrow and love can coexist.
The loss of a child, no matter the age, is devastating to parents, grandparents, siblings, family and friends. It is an experience no one should ever have to endure.
Remember all children with their parents by speaking their names and keeping their memory alive.
Acknowledge the significance of the children who have died too early. They made a difference in our world.
Join the worldwide Wave of Light at 7pm by lighting a candle and keep it burning bright.
Child loss is a journey, a lifelong journey.
Today and everyday, I hold you in my heart.
