Happy National Puppy Day

National Puppy Day

National Puppy Day
March 23
Grief can leave us feeling empty and lost. Pets provide a sense of reassurance and comfort to ease us through our loss. Dogs are known to be extremely intuitive and are able to sense when their humans are feeling down.
Dogs are very much aware of when their family is in mourning. Dogs can sense our emotions, read our facial expressions and pick up on our visual cues, such as, crying, frowning and other body languages.
Studies suggest that a dog’s ability or instinct to comfort sadness in humans comes naturally to them. Your puppy closeness, nudging of their nose, their unwavering loyalty, deep gaze and overwhelming warmth soothes your sadness.
