Prayers for Florida
Loving God,
maker of heaven and earth,
protect all people and animals
in your love and mercy.
We ask You to provide safety and shelter to all
who have been affected by Hurricane Ian.
Shelter them under Your wings.
We pray that You will calm the rains, winds and storm.
Father God, grant Your strength, courage, and resolve to those afflicted by this storm.
Protect emergency responders as they selflessly put themselves in harm’s way to help others.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
