Self-care is the intentional act of taking care of oneself in all aspects of our life: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It’s about cultivating a sustainable and nourishing relationship with oneself. Remember self-care is is not selfish. So embrace self-compassion and self-love as you embark on nurturing your mind, body and spirit.
