🌾 The importance of self-compassion, especially during challenging times, is to extend kindness, patience and understanding to yourself. Being gentle with yourself involves cultivating a positive and supportive inner dialogue, recognizing your inherent worth and extending grace to yourself. Giving yourself grace means to treat yourself with compassion, empathy and acknowledging your emotions. In essence, giving yourself grace is an act of self-love and empowerment, allowing yourself to navigate life’s challenges with understanding and resilience.
