🌿 Grief lasts as long as love lasts.

🌿 We have this idea that someone should be all better…in six weeks, six months. This is so unrealistic.

🌿 Grief is not an illness or a problem to be solved.

🌿 Grief is a healthy, normal response to the loss of a love.

🌿 Normalize grief as an emotion that demands to be felt the same way love, hope, joy are.
