Wednesday Thoughts

I will miss you always.
I will love you always.
And because of those two truths,
I will grieve you always.

Grief is not a moment.
It’s not a task to complete or a season to endure.
Loss does not simply pass through us…
we carry it.
Loss is not just something we remember.
It’s something we forever hold.

Grief is the space where love lingers even after someone is gone. Their absence leaves an ache, but it’s a testament to the depth of our connection, a reminder of how much they meant. In these quiet moments of needs, know that their love still lives on, woven into who we are. Though they’re not here, their impact remains, and in honoring that, they’re never truly gone. Hold close to the memories, let them bring comfort and a gentle breath at a time.

✨ Grief is a complex and ongoing journey that can last a lifetime rather than just a temporary feeling. Loss isn’t just a past event, but a profound experience that continues to shape who we are, even after the initial pain has subsided. Grief is deeply personal that shapes our being and doesn’t simply disappear with time. Grief is an integral part of the grieving individual’s identity and experience. Grieving is a continuous process of adjustment, integration and acceptance, rather than a linear path to a ‘finish line.’
