Thursday Thoughts
We speak of the people we’ve lost not
because we are “stuck” in grief,
but because when we speak their name,
we keep alive the light they brought
to this world.
What if every time we say their name,
they come back to us?
Not in body, but in presence.
In memory. In meaning.
In the way they shaped us.
In the way we love more deeply,
live more intentionally,
and carry them forward.
Grief doesn’t end. But neither does love.
Say their name. Tell their story.
Let them live on through the life
you’re still writing.
