The key is to understand how to attend to your grief and give it the time and space it needs.
It is okay to give yourself permission to grieve.
It is okay to give outward expression to the internal anguish you feel.
It is okay to express your emotions, not hide from them or feel ashamed of them.
Your feelings are a natural response to what you have lost.
