These Can Coexist In Grief

Sadness + Joy Can Coexist.
Grief + Hope Can Coexist.
Hurt + Love Can Coexist.

On our personal grief journey, it is essential to allow ourselves to feel every ounce of our sadness, grief, heartbreak, hurt and pain as well as experiencing joy, hope and love. Holding space for one does not exclude experiencing the other.

My hope for you is you give yourself time and space to heal.

My hope for you is you allow yourself to be present with your grief.

My hope for you is you take time to rest.

My hope for you is you pay attention to the small wonders.

My hope for you is you will be kind and patient with yourself.

My hope for you is you will give yourself grace.

My hope for you is you will allow yourself to feel your feelings.

My hope for you is you will find comfort in the joy and love your loved one brought to your life.
