Grief During The Holidays

Grief is hard anytime of the year, but particularly hard during the holidays. This season is some of the roughest terrain you’ll navigate after a loss. Now more than ever, be gentle with yourself and honor your feelings.

There is no right way or wrong way for you to do the holidays. It is okay not to feel festive. It’s perfectly acceptable to feel sadness + joy amidst grief + loss. Cherish your memories and carry the love of your loved one with you. Honor this holiday will have new meaning.

My heart is with all who are carrying the burden of loss. Honor this holiday with peace + love + reflection and beyond into the new year.
