Today, we pause.
We remember.
We pray.
Today, I hold space and take a moment of silence for the many lives cut short. For the families who wake each morning to an absence that never fades.
On this 24th anniversary of 9/11, we honor, remember and we pray for the lives lost, for their families and for the bravery of the first responders.
We also mourn the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk. A husband, a father, a son. His passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of many. Our prayers are with his wife, two young children and all his loved ones.
Remembrance means refusing to let love, courage and loss ever be forgotten.
