Wellness Wednesday
No matter how long ago you’ve
experienced your loss, you still may have
moments of disbelief and sadness. Major
life transitions…graduations, weddings,
new job, moving, becoming a parent…it’s
normal for grief to recur at these times,
even many years after a loss. These
events cannot be grieved in advance. We
can only grieve them when we get there.
So be kind to yourself. Share your feelings
with others. Remember, you are exactly
where you need to be.
