A Fourth of July Prayer
Almighty Father,
We thank you for our Nation.
We thank you for the freedom we enjoy daily.
May we remain humble and conscious of the blessings we enjoy because of the sacrifices made by countless men and women.
We find comfort in knowing that you hold our present, future and all that lies ahead in your capable hands.
Our maker, our sustainer, our shepherd, our provider, our great ally, our strong tower, our deliverer, our healer, our protector, our helper.
May you receive all glory, honor and praise.
In God We Trust.
In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
