Monday Morning Prayer
‘You keep track of all my sorrows.
You have collected all of my tears in your bottle.
You have recorded each one in your book.’
~Psalm 56:8
This Psalm says that every tear David has cried, God has placed in a bottle.
It’s this intimate imagery that God is near in your heart.
God is aware of every tear that leaves your eyes.
Jesus values every one of your tears.
God has synchronized His heart with yours.
He gets you.
He understands the gravity of your loss.
He grieves with you.
His attention is with you.
Jesus does not miss one of your tears.
