One of the difficulties of grief is that we somehow feel ashamed of it…
I should be okay, I should be getting on, I should be stronger than this.
Grief is confusing. It can be isolating. We can feel completely thrown by it.
Grief is healthy and normal and we are wired to adapt. We need to know how.
Be supported through your grief with care, compassion and love.
