National Childrens Grief Awareness 11:1

National Children’s Grief Awareness Month

November is National Children’s Grief Awareness Month

Children grieve, too.
National Children’s Grief Awareness Month is to educate, advocate and raise awareness about the needs of grieving children, teens and their families. Children who are grieving are supported when they are able to connect with peers who have also experienced a similar loss and have their stories heard. Let children know they are not forgotten and there is support, hope and healing for them and their families.
‘If you are old enough to love, you are old enough to grieve.’
