🌾 Self-care is defined by the term itself – caring for yourself.
🌾 Self-care is to take care of yourself so you can benefit from physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
🌾 If you are not prioritizing your own well being there becomes an imbalance. To name just a few – burnout, exhaustion, crankiness, lethargy, anxiety, frustration, and stress.
🌾 Research suggests self-care promotes positive outcomes, such as improves resilience, improves feelings of well being, increases self-confidence, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep quality, improves productivity and focus and boosts your immune system.
