I have challenged my clients to learn to be still and sit quiet in their grief.
When you sit in your grief, you’ll begin to surrender to it.
You will begin to slow down.
You’ll become self aware to listen to your feelings.
Sadness. Joy. Love.
There is value in allowing yourself to step away from distraction and noise.
Be Still. Sit Quiet.
Learn to listen to yourself, grieve & heal.
