Wellness Wednesday

There are two kinds of tired…

one that requires rest,

and the other that requires peace.

I read this somewhere this week and it resonated with me. I hear it often from my clients. A true tiredness. The basic type of tiredness is where you are physically fatigued and feeling exhausted, lack of energy and need to rest and recharge your body. The other is emotionally and spiritually tired where you are feeling drained, stressed from challenging times in your life and need support, self-care, peace and stillness.
